Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) systems from Stratasys are the world leader in RP systems that produce plastic prototypes in ABS, Polycarbonate and Sulfone materials. The parts are strong, durable, and suitable for real world functional testing.
The PowerSOLUTION suite of software is used around the world by automotive companies and their suppliers in Tool design, CNC milling, Reverse Engineering and Inspection.
Vericut software enables programmers to prove out, and optimize, NC code before it goes to the machining centre. By detecting errors, potential collisions, or areas of inefficiency the programmer can improve the NC code and generate a safe and efficient program.
Our laser scanning system uses the highest performance laser scanners from Faro Inc. The Faro system utilises an articulated digitising arm for its positioning and outputs point clouds over the scanned surface that are further converted into CAD surface data using CopyCAD from Delcam.
Camplex offers several solutions depending on the application. For conventional Coordinate Measurement Machines we offer cost effective retrofits as well as new machines. A retrofit can turn an old manual or CNC controlled machine into a modern CMM using the latest in software and control technology. For CMM applications that requires more measuring flexibility we supply CMM systems using articulated arm technology and laser scanners.
