Camplex believes that buying one of our CADCAM, or hardware, systems is not a simple purchasing decision, but rather the beginning of a long term partnership designed to provide increasing benefit to you over the years. What do I get if I am on maintenance? Regular CD releases, of each of CADCAM products. Regular intermediate releases of products, downloadable from the internet. These regular releases ensure that you are kept up to date with the latest developments available in the market. Regular releases enable users to keep on top of the latest functionality rather than having to take time out when large product upgrades occur. What about new products? Our suppliers are continuously developing new products that are designed to automate many of the processes that you are involved with, reducing time and improving product quality. What about when I experience problems? Maintenance customers are provided with access to local, highly skilled engineers who are able to discuss or demonstrate to you how to resolve particular problems as well as improve your complete processes. When you identify new techniques, or limitations these are fed back for inclusion in the development plans for future releases. An investment in maintenance is an investment in your company's future.
